We are living in strange strange times but as much as we feel sad and distressed about all that is happening in the world, there is also so much good that comes with the bad. So, our only chance is to embrace them both. There are so many things we can be grateful for and a lot of these things we have overlooked, took for granted or simply ignored over the years because we simply couldn’t slow down. Well now there’s no other choice than to slow down. God is giving us what we have been craving for years. The luxury of having time to do what we couldn’t for so long. One of those things for us is time with our kids for sure but more than that is this amazing place that we get to call home. Nature and children are for sure the most healing medicine for us right now and honestly, being so isolated (both physically and mentally) has helped us stay happy and healthy for the most part. At least for the first month. We’ll see what happens next …
